材料
無鹽牛油 40g
糖 50g
全蛋 2隻
牛奶 10g
低筋麵粉 60g
泡打粉 2g
提子乾 適量
朱古力粒 適量

製法
1. 提子乾先用水浸軟後吸乾水份。

2. 牛油溫室下軟化,打入糖打至鬆發,

3.分2-3次加入蛋液打勻,再加入牛奶打勻。(可加雲尼拿香油)

4. 將己過篩的麵粉和泡打粉加入(3)打勻。

5.最後把提子乾和朱古力加入。

6. 倒入入爐紙杯內妁8成滿。 以180爐焗約20分鐘。____________________________________________________________
